Yes. Every CyberEZ account is entitled to one free web application security scan. After signing up, log in to our self-service portal, navigate to the home page, and click on the [Free Registration & Scan] button. Once you fill in the required target information, you can select and arrange your desired scan schedule. Please note that this free scan is strictly one-time and once per account for a lifetime.

CyberEZ currently supports credit card payments. If you are ready to proceed, you can use that option during the checkout process.

Click Get Started on the homepage, select your preferred pricing plan, and click Sign Up on the checkout screen. Enter your email address and a password (minimum 6 characters), complete the reCAPTCHA verification, and check your inbox for a 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) from info@cyberez.net. The code is valid for 15 minutes—enter it in the verification prompt (or click Resend Code if needed) to activate your account. No. The Starter plan is a one-time introductory offer available strictly once per customer / account for a lifetime and cannot be renewed after it finishes or expires. If you require ongoing assessments or additional capacity, you can choose from our standard recurring plans: Essential, Professional, or Premier.

Yes. You can purchase and hold multiple plans and services simultaneously within a single CyberEZ account. All plan allowances and tokens are pooled under your account, enabling your team to manage multiple digital assets, web applications, and domains from one centralized dashboard. No. Add-on items—such as Network Assessments and standalone Web Application Scans—can only be purchased when your account holds an active subscription plan. If you do not have an active plan, or if your previous plan has lapsed, you must subscribe to or renew a plan before purchasing Add-ons.
